Pickup
Packet pickup for each race is mandatory and will
be held the Saturday before the race from, 10 am - 4 pm at
Run Gear
Run (18720 Stone Oak Parkway Ste. 150, 210-490-9987).
Membership to USA
Triathlon is required. Participants must either show proof
of USAT annual membership or purchase a one-day youth membership
for $3.00 at packet pickup. All participants' parents will
be required to sign a waiver at packet pickup

At packet pickup, make sure to do the following:
- Parent or guardian must sign USAT waiver
- Athlete must show proof of USAT membership or purchase
a one-day ($3) or annual ($15) youth membership
- Pickup up your race packet including:
- Numbered swim cap
- Race number bib
- Two race number stickers for bike & bike helmet
- Tshirt
- Race information & rules

Race start |
All athletes and spectators must enter the complex from the
Culebra Rd. entrance and park in the lot facing the Paul Taylor
Field House. Other parking lots will be closed for the race
course.
All athletes are required to check in at 7:00 am for body
marking and helmet & bike inspection. Please arrive early
enough to park and gather your gear.
The transition area will open at 6:45 am on race day and
will close at 7:45 am. All athletes must rack their bikes
and set up their transition gear during that time. At 7:45
am, the transition area must be cleared, and only athletes
will be allowed to enter during the race. Once the race has
begun, no one will be allowed to remove items from the transition
area until the last participant has crossed the finish line.
There will be a brief pre-race meeting at 7:45 am for all
athletes.
The race will begin at 8:00 am inside the Northside Aquatics
Center pool facility. It will be a staggered start with swimmers
starting every 10 seconds based on race number. All athletes
must wear the numbered swim cap that is included in their
race packet.
Medals will be awarded to all finishers as they cross the
finish line. Entertainment & refreshments will be provided
for athletes and spectators.
